General Instructions for Use.
Place the top of the Nose Flute under your nostrils with the lower (larger) section against your lips.
With your mouth open slightly, and the Nose Flute pressed against the skin to form a seal, breathe out through your nose.
Variations in mouth position will change the pitch produced.
