「Sensi®軟身高顎骨高度咬合膠頭」要配合「TalkTools® Sensi®震動棒」一起使用，於美國製造，採用美國食品藥物管理局認可的醫療級材料製成，工具的質感近似紫色軟身的「TalkTools® 分級調控咬牙膠棒」，不含雙酚A(BPA)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、乳膠、鄰苯二甲酸酯(phthalates)或鉛，適用於洗碗碟機。OPT口部肌肉定位治療的用途包括：配合「Sensi®軟身中顎骨高度咬合膠頭」和「Sensi®軟身低顎骨高度咬合膠頭」一同使用，訓練下顎骨分級調控、促進對稱的下顎骨力量、穩定性和分級調控，對於下顎骨肌肉力量較弱的受訓者，是一支很好的工具。
